What can be refunded, the deadlines, and how to cancel online.

The onboarding fee is the only payment GSA refunds, and only within the time limits below. Monthly and yearly plan payments are never refunded; if you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you paid for.

If GSA has not gone live in your state within 6 months of your sign-up, your onboarding fee is refunded automatically.
After the deadline the onboarding fee can't be cancelled or refunded.
Cancelling is always available online, in a couple of clicks, with no phone call needed.
